Grappa di Brunello
The Grappa of Brunello di Montalcino is made from fresh, slightly pressed pomace of Sangiovese grapes, the same grapes used for the the Brunello di Montalcino.
Steam-distilled at low temperature, Grappa di Brunello has an alcoholic content of 40%vol.
Taste is warm, dry and persistent, color clear and transparent, scent penetrating.
Excellent as digestive at the end of a meal, Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino is best served in a tulip-shaped, long-stemmed crystal glass to fully appreciate and capture its scents and aromas.
