From the outset natural production methods have been introduced and tested in order to preserve grapes quality, using solely the typical and best Sangiovese.
"We aim make our wines lovely to drink, avoiding the desperate research for a full-bodied, dark colored, heavy wood-tasting, difficult to drink wine. The hight quality o four production is now rewarding us.
We are introducing some new measures to optimize production processes, grapes selection, harvesting and bottling and we are improving the quality of our marketing service".
The company makes wine on its own using the grapes of its vineyards and produces only Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino and Grappa di Brunello. The "Riserva" is still maturing.
Wine of Terre Nere estate mature only in oak barrels.
